1. Shipping Coverage & Cost
We ship orders across Kenya at a flat rate of KSh 350 per order.
2. Shipping Schedule
- We ship Monday to Saturday.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping.
