1. Condition of Products
We only sell products in new condition.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
- Products should be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
3. Return Method
All returns must be made in-store at:
Moyale Mall, 4th Street, First Avenue, Shop G17, Eastleigh, Nairobi, Kenya.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 3-day return window, subject to stock availability.
5. Refunds
- All refunds will be processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- No restocking fee will be charged.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or custom-order specifications. This will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
